I blend psychodynamic, somatic, trauma-focused, and other therapies to help you gain deeper insights into your patterns, while also empowering you to connect with your body and inner wisdom. Approach

I blend traditional therapeutic modalities with emphasis on the mind-body connection and spiritual healing. Here are the approaches I use to help you heal:

  • Psychodynamic Therapy: We’ll look at how your past experiences shape your present life. By exploring unconscious patterns, we can uncover deep-rooted beliefs and behaviors, allowing you to shift them with awareness.

  • Somatic Therapy: I believe the body holds wisdom. Somatic therapy helps you reconnect with your body’s sensations to release stored trauma and find balance. Through mindfulness and gentle body awareness techniques, you’ll become more attuned to your body’s signals.

  • Mindfulness: By practicing mindfulness, you’ll learn to stay present with your emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and respond to life’s challenges with clarity and calm.

  • EMDR & Trauma-Focused Therapies: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma-focused methods can help you process past trauma in a way that’s safe, effective, and transformative. These therapies allow you to heal from the inside out.
