I am a seasoned trauma therapist who specializes in healing attachment trauma with adult children of alcoholics (ACOA), narcissists, and otherwise problematic parents. I grew up and went to school on the East Coast and, as is common with ACOA’s, I made a big move in my early 20’s far away from my family system to sunny Southern California. My early professional life involved working with children in the foster care and juvenile justice systems where I got first hand experience in working with attachment trauma at its roots. As I’ve grown in my career, I’ve found working with adults to be most enlivening and fulfilling because often, these childhood wounds have gone long unattended to and are crying out for care. 

Growing up in a household and society where intellectualism was put on a pedestal, I struggled with connecting to my inner voice and a more intuitive way of knowing. My healing path has been long and winding (and I believe it’s never over) and has brought me into contact with many holistic healing modalities ranging from the natural, spiritual, mystical, and esoteric. I like to blend a variety of skills and tools from numerous traditions, honoring each client’s own beliefs about self, others, and the world around us. Though, my primary method of working with clients is from a relational approach. Through our relationships, we were wounded. Through our relationships, we can heal. I believe in your innate wisdom to heal yourself and become a co-collaborator in unearthing that wisdom to fuel a transformative process.
